We want you to be completely satisfied with Radiant Skincare. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscription payments are available within the 30-day window from each payment date.
